Not overly impressed
I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I used the Skin Inc Deepsea Hydrating Mask as part of the Skin In tri-light process (i.e. with the tri-light device) and also on its own a few times. Overall, I didn’t give this product high marks because I didn’t feel that it delivered what the packaging proclaimed. When used with the tri-light device, it helped the device glide more easily over my skin but I also had to reapply it more than once during a session, so I ended up using a fair amount of the product each time. I did feel that the mask made my skin feel nice afterwards, but when I used it alone, I didn’t feel that the hydration I got from it was anything spectacular. My skin is combination oily and dry – so maybe someone with oily skin would feel that the hydration from this product was sufficient since it gave a nice matte feel and wasn’t overly greasy like some hydration products. The ingredients seemed a lot more exotic and expensive than they felt - another reason why I only gave it only 2 stars. It reminded me more of the ultrasound gel used in doctors’ offices in terms of look and feel. I used the mask 1-2 times a day for about 5 weeks.

Skin Inc Deepsea Mask: Deep Hydration
Light clear gel is a powerful hydrator, great as an overnight treatment, especially with Skin Inc. serum, or as a quick daytime pick me up mask for dry skin. Good before, during and after air travel, when skin gets dehydrated.

This mask is amazing!! I have used it for 30 minute and overnight - it leaves my skin hydrated and so soft! This is a must for your weekly skin care routine...love it!!

Lack-Luster Results After Two Weeks
One thing that has been a recurring issue for my skin is that I have dehydrated skin, no surprise since I live in Chicago and my skin has to battle dry cold weather during the winter months. Needless to say, I was super pumped to try the Skin Inc Deepsea Hydrating Mask. Additionally, I am always excited about using a product with quality ingredients, without parabens, sulfates, and phthalates.
I used the Skin Inc Deepsea Hydrating Mask in coordination with the Skin Inc tri-light. I used them both, nightly, for two weeks. Each time that I used the device I put a layer of the Deepsea Hydrating Mask on but I found that the mask quickly dries and as I used the device on my face during that session it seemed that the mask was no longer serving as a glide in between my skin in the device, it seemed to dry up. A few times when I put the mask on by dry areas by my nose, it would sting for a few moments. In subsequent sessions, I increased the amount of Deepsea Hydrating Mask I used, and that seemed to alleviate the issue.
Overall, this is probably a great product. However, I did not see drastic results. When I was done with my nightly routine and rinsed my face, I noticed a slight difference; my face seemed to be a bit more hydrated. The hydration didn't seem to make a lasting impact however. After the two weeks, my skin wasn't noticeably less dry/dehydrated.Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, which sent me this product to review.

A great complement to the Skin Inc Tri-Light
I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and used it with the Skin Inc tri-light. I felt like it was super moisturizing and really made using the light a lot easier!! I didn't consider using it alone at the time but I can see it working that way. Really though it is an excellent complement to the light, which I really enjoyed using!

Leaves skin glowing
I was super excited to try the Skin Inc Deepsea Hydrating Mask. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Deepsea Hydrating Mask The product was included in my Skin Inc tri-light kit. The mask is meant to be use with the Optimizer Voyage Tri-Light device. You need to apply a generous amount to your face in order to be able to glide the device over your face for 10 minutes. It was easy enough to use in conjunction with my nightly facial routine. The masks consistently is like a wet cold gel. I used the product at night and the next day I noticed that my face felt very hydrated. After using the mask every night for 1 week I began to notice that my face had a brighter complexion and my skin was noticeably more supple. I love that the product doesn’t contain parabens, sulfates, phthalates. The product lasted me for almost 3 weeks using it everyday. I wish it could come in a larger size.
