Like other reviews on this product mentioned it is VERY squeaky! It does stay cold a long time but I can’t get over how annoying it is. I threw away the box, I wish I didn’t so I could return it. I have already purchased a cheaper one on Amazon. Save your money.

I love this. It’s very soothing. It does squeak a bit when frozen but I don’t mind it. It’s very soothing while watching tv so I don’t mind a little squeak here and there.

As other reviewers have mentioned, using this ice roller is definitely not a relaxing experience due to the loud squeaking noise is makes as it rolls. However, I will be keeping it because of the price point and the fact that it stays cold for a relatively long time.

If you’re looking for an ice roller this is fine. Not great, but does the job. As far as the cooling effects and using it for skin benefits, the tool works fine, but this particular product fees flimsy. It started making a squeaking sound every time you roll back and forth, which is simply just frustrating in the morning and doesn’t work well as a pre-coffee skincare tool. I recommend a rose quartz roller or something a bit better made (and quieter)

Maybe I received a defective one but this roller squeaked when I rolled it so it was returned.

This is absolutely lovely, soothing and relaxing.
