Smooth Waist
I’m 5’6 and 135-140lbs. I typically wear a 4/6 in jeans. I ordered a small. I’ve always had a little stomach. When this came I could immediately tell the difference! I won’t have to worry about my “pudge” in dresses anymore. Left pics are without the trainee, right is with the trainer.

don't even bother
If I could give this zero stars I would. I have seen a better waist trainer, for this price. This thing is ridiculous. Don't waste your money, look for something better and the sizing is off as well

so far so good
I’m 5’4” 155lbs. I ordered the medium. After 3 wears, I’m on the second row of fasteners. I noticed after already wearing that one of the pieces to latch onto is missing. This is my first time ever wearing a waist trainer, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I will say that it does it’s job and my clothes wear so much better with it on, giving me a boost of confidence. Gave 4 stars because of the missing latch and because it has more give than I’d expect in a waist trainer. The material is soft so it does lose its shape a bit too along the top and bottom, especially if you have excess fat/rolls/skin, which I do.

It’s not made for women who wears XL-5X at all . An XL is a small . Just made for women who are skinny or got there body done . Don’t go for the hype because of the brand .

Doesn't cover much of your torso!
This is very narrow and does not help your lower stomach at all. It is a neoprene feel which is nice, but just not enough length to cover all your trouble spots.

don’t buy
This is comfortable yes but after one wear lost its form and it’s not longer looking nice . I went from the first row to the last one in only one day and I got one size smaller than my usual size . Save your money and buy something else .
