mixed feelings
I want to love it but I will definitely go a size up. I’ll start with what I don’t likes do my size. Definitely too too small for pregnancy. I am fairly petite. I am 5”1 and at 18 weeks pregnant I weight 116. Usually wear size Small/XSmall. Fits way too tight at the rib cage and way too tight at the end of my thighs (I have chicken legs). Oh and a bit too long to wear with most dresses. What I do love about it is that beyond those points I mentioned it fits perfectly snug on the belly and hips. Tried it on with a few dresses and my body looked nice. ALSO material is not so great. Tore at just by trying it on. Struggled to pull it up. Cont imagine wearing it when I get bigger. I will be returning it for a large (even though it sounds ridiculous for a girl my size) but I’m hoping it will work out.

Wanted to Love
These were super small, I am usually a Medium but pregnant purchase Large to be sure. I bought XL and the were tiny would not go up my legs.

ripped after two wears
I originally bought these from the skims website in s/m, and they felt a little too tight on my stomach area. So for my second pair I bought them here and sized up to a l/xl, they fit great and work well, but they ripped after the second use. They said to buy your pre pregnancy size, which I did. I own the normal (non maternity) sculpting mid thigh short in s/m, so they didn’t rip because I got the wrong size.

too small and difficult to get on
Like many of the other reviews, I also thought these were much too small. I bighorn my normal size S/M and it was very difficult to get on. I’m only 18 weeks, so in another 6 weeks these would be impossible to get on. The legs were especially tight, giving muffin top above the knee.

How are these maternity?!
This is definitely a spanx type of short because OMG. I’m 5’5” 170ish 30 weeks pregnant so as you can tell a pretty small bump. There is NO WAY I could wear these for even a couple of hours I felt like it was squeezing my poor baby in my belly. These are way too tight for maternity shorts idk how these are even a thing. Definitely returning & never purchasing anything from skims maternity… maybe after since it’ll obviously suck it all in lol

overall really great
I ordered a size up but honestly could have probably gone up another size. It’s very soft and pretty comfortable. The legs and bands around my ribs are a little snug though.
