Gender Inclusive Fleece Sleep Set

PROS Fabric: These pjs are made of a fabric that is as soft on the outside as it is on the inside. As best I can describe it, it's like a lightweight and stretchy fleece. These are really warm and cozy, not hot like regular fleece pajamas would be. Pockets: 1 pocket on the top and 2 pockets on the bottoms. They are large and deep enough to fit a cell phone (and a couple of wrapped up treats for the cats). Consideration of others: There is a slit/opening in the bottoms that would make it easy for some of our transgender sisters who prefer to urinate while standing. CONS Sizing: They run very very large. I ordered an XXL which they said fits size 16-18. I would guess it really is a 22-24. The bottoms are so large that they could not stay up; they actually fell to the floor! There is no drawstring on them, but that would not have helped. I returned the XXL and ordered an XL. They, also, are too big. But at least the bottoms stay on my body. I'm 5'10" tall and the size XL sleeves are so long I must roll up the cuffs. The bottoms are also very long; they hit the floor and then some. BTW the XXL bottoms were so long that, had they stayed up, they would be a fall hazard. Seriously. I have since ordered size L and am waiting for those. But I did keep the XL even though they are too big; they were too soft and warm to send back when it's been so cold here. STYLE: Well, for some, this will be a pro/plus, but for me it's a negative. I think "gender inclusive" translates to baggy, shapeless, and not flattering to a woman's figure. All things considered I like these pajamas and would recommend them to anyone who wants soft, cozy, warm pajamas. The burgundy plaid is pretty.I like that they are warm but not hot. But you will definitely need to get at least 1 size smaller. I'm grateful Nordstrom has a great return policy.

I purchased XS hoping they would fit since XXS is out of stock. My mistake. The waist is so big the pants fall off me. The shirt would do as a nightgown, but the arms are super long and wide. I am 4'11" and 103lbs. Crossing my fingers that XXS comes back in stock soon so I can exchange them and match with my boyfriend. I got him the L and they're perfect (he's 6' and 180lbs). Other than sizing, the fabric is super soft and cozy, and I love the midnight blue plaid. I wish they came in kids sizes too.
