3-Pack 5-Inch Stretch Modal Boxer Briefs

I purchased this 3 pk online as a Christmas present and had it sent to my local store for pickup (Twelve Oaks Mall, Novi, MI) When I picked it up I assumed all 3 pairs were in the package but didn’t open it until I went to wrap it a couple days before Christmas and noticed only 1 of the 3 were in the box. I immediately called the customer service number and was given an AI representative (Rosie) who told me to bring it back to the store for an exchange of full product. I tried to do a return online and explain this but my request was denied. I then emailed who they said to email and never received a response. I hope this can be resolved in store because paying $52 for 1 pair of underwear is insane and I just want what I paid for. The one pair the I did receive was obviously not tried on so I have no idea how they fit the just made me choose one to write this review. Hopefully someone from Nordstrom reads this and makes it right. Check your packages before leaving the store, even when they appeared to be sealed so you don’t have to deal with this hassle!
