Facial Treatment Mask

For dry, dehydrated skin, nothing compares to this. I tried it for the first time during a facial event and learned this GREAT tip from the rep: Hold the pouch upright, snip the top off the pouch and gently squeeze a large amount of the liquid from the mask as you remove it from the pouch (not all but roughly 1/2 at the most). Store the pack upright in a cup while you use the mask (20 minutes or so). Remove the mask, fold in half and then in half again and then place it BACK into the pouch, pushing it down into the liquid/serum. Fold the top over a few times and paperclip it closed and store in fridge to USE AGAIN!!!! Each pouch offers TWO USES! LOVE THIS!

Sometimes you have to take the chance in trying something to really know if it works for you. Although,I've heard and read the many positive reviews on SK-ii, I do know that what works for some may not be for me.I have to say for those who are thinking of purchasing this mask to go for it. It is one that does not disappoint and will deliver all that it claims. I bought the 10 pack one and try to get 2 uses with one mask by folding it back and letting it absorb the extra liquid in the pack. Stick it in the fridge and reuse it again. It's really soothing and you get an instant glow with your pores becoming noticeably smaller and skin feeling hydrated. Try it and you'll be hooked!

I have used these on and off for years - I am now in my early 50s and really appreciate how they hydrate. I can make one mask last three uses - just squeeze out some of the extra before you use it, then put the mask back in the packet, close it up - reuse. There is usually even some extra to be used as a serum for the week. I know Katie Holmes sleeps in them every night and I would too if I could afford them - but the way I use is close enough. Bonus - My daughter says I look like I have salami draped on my face when I have it on and my family stays away. I like the essence too and use it most days. Not sure why it works, it seems to evaporate, but I notice my skin glowing and softer later, so that is all that matters.

I can feel my skin becomes smoother and visibly brighter, but even I rub all the residual serum on my face, my face still gets dry within a few minutes. I have to apply moisturizer after the mask. The effect doesn't last long. It's a good mask overall unless you can use it two or three times a week. But it's too pricy for me to use it often enough to see the change.

After applying the sheet mask, my face has a full suppleness. Fine lines are reduced and I'm left with a refreshed face... I just wish it stayed like that! I tend to use a mask before bedtime once a month -- give or take -- and the waking result is visible, it just doesn't have quite the same "fullness." Hence, this might be better for morning use or before special occasions. It is true (from my experience) that you can reuse each mask; some say 4-5 times, but I'm only comfortable reusing once: When I first use the mask, I carefully open the pouch, wring a little excess liquid, save the excess fluid in the pouch and set aside. After using the mask, I refold it and place it back in the pouch and moosh it around to redistribute the leftover fluid. Then, I fold over the pouch opening twice, seal with tape or clip, place in zip-seal bag and store in the refrigerator. Reusing it like this doubles your enjoyment of the mask and helps "justify" the cost. I really like these SK-II masks, but I deducted one star for the cost and because the feeling doesn't last a full day/night.

So I'm 25 with adult acne. I have no idea where I went wrong at 23 (side eyeing Starbucks and marathons) but it's been downhill since then. I don't want to imply that this cures acne, but it did participate in this miracle. So a few things - they're dripping wet, I have no idea how a guy used these on a dark airplane! They're also tricky to unfold without ripping. Unlike other people here I used about 3 masks a week for 5 minutes- 10 max. So I am ordering my 2nd box 4 weeks later. I was also using a NaturaBisse at home mask during the same few weeks. For a few masks that were still dripping wet at the end of my 5 minutes I did fold them back up, slide them back in the packaging and slide them into a zip lock bag in the fridge. I would use them the next day for another 5 min. Make up goes on much smoother after I wore this mask. I would wipe off the product entirely with a wet towel or the shower, my hands couldn't do the trick. Full disclosure: I also switched from Mac primer and Giorgio Armani make up to Tom Ford primer and make up at this time. These factors all completely cleared up my face! YAY
