Tinted Sunscreen Cream SPF 30

Okay. I had to think about this a bit after using for a couple weeks. I'm around an NC20 with neutral undertones, leaning slightly warm with some olive mixed in. I chose shade 1 - Natural. Pros: - This stuff will not budge from your face! Jogging, swimming -- wow! That was an unexpected surprise. - I have not gotten burned using this. So, it works. Cons: - This stuff is way opaque! I've tried applying with my fingers, but a brush is better. I have to cut it with other sunscreens (like Kypris pot 'o shade) to sheer it out a bit. I also prefer satiny/dewey finishes (I have pretty dry skin), so that's just my preference. If you like medium/full-coverage matte, you'll love this to death. I do not wear foundation, I tend to hate it, so that could bias me a bit here. - Speaking of dry skin...this stuff is not moisturizing in the least. If you're on the dry side, but your heaviest cream under this sucker! - This pulls a little pink on me. While I think this is a quality product I would not repurchase. For the price, I need it to be perfect. I'm not knocking it for price -- I chose to try this and am happy I did -- but the shade match, opacity, and dryness makes this a hard pass for me. If you have a similar skin tone to mine and want a more matte look, check out 3Lab BB cream with SPF 40 in shade #2. It's less expensive and I do tend to mix it with other sunscreens (Kypris pot 'o shade, Peter Thomas Roth tinted mineral sunscreen, Skinceuticals Physical Fusions with universal tint) because I like a more sheered-out finish.

I bought this after watching Michele Wang on YouTube wearing this sunscreen and her opinion on it. Living now in Florida I wanted a sunscreen with some coverage, would be good for my skin and feel good on my skin in high humidity. It is a thick consistency but by using a brush it it spreads nicely and there’s no tackiness. if I am running errands I put on a little powder and some blush and it looks good all day. I didn’t want to like it for its price but it makes my 68 yr old face look so good I’m keeping it.

I have been diehard obsessed with this sunscreen for years. I do not wear foundation anymore, just this sunscreen (yes, even at night). This is a life-changing product. Fantastic skincare, no fragrance, looks AMAZING on your skin, durable wear. I always get compliments on my “glass skin” and it is 100% due to this product. It’s pricey, but when you get down to the dredges, cut off the very top & there’s still a TON of product inside (I bought a skincare spatula on Amazon to scoop it out & fold over the top of the top & cinch with med size binder clip). This is my deserted island holy grail product. One more tip: mist your face with water before applying. It’s very thick, and if your skins a little wet it’ll help the product glide right on

I had saw on two blog sites that the individuals really liked this product so I thought I'd try it- I tried a bit on the inner wrist area, wanted to see if the shade 2 in Golden pulled orange or not and amazingly it gave a true tan look-Now I was a bit shocked at the price, most expensive sunscreen I've ever bought- another thing, it is thick, like really thick...it is NOT like a typical SPF nor tinted cream-I found that it's best to apply immediately after your moisturizer for the smoothest feel when applying-And a tiny bit goes a long way.... I tested this out hardcore in Joshua Tree National Park last weekend, once it was heavy sun I did put my visor on but I did not get burned once-I have been in direct sun while walking the lake here in downtown Chicago and had no issues with getting burned- It does not budge once on- I actually have been using this as my foundation for that is honestly how it goes on like, nothing sheer about it, also does not have a white cast that some tinted SPF's have- I put this on and top it off with some bronzer and I am done-

The natural color is a little too light for my skin but the dark is too dark, i wish it wasn’t quite as thick and looked more natural but it’s a good base.

The Fashion Consultant I always use at Nordstrom's, Colleen, suggested the Sisley Skin Care Program and Artist Experience hosted by the Fashion Valley Store. It was a great experience for me. I purchased many of the items that they suggested. The price point was a bit higher than I usually go for make-up BUT I found the product well worth the higher price point. The oil and moisturizer as well as the Tinted Sunscreen. Is easy to apply and looks so wonderful on my old face. I plan to purchase more products from this Line when I get need more cosmetics.
