Phyto-Teint Ultra Éclat Oil-Free Foundation

I’ve been using the old version for over 15 years. 3 Natural color as matched by a Sisley consultant. The new 3 Natural is at least 2 shades darker and quite yellow. Why would they change the color? I also have the white swirl in the bottle that won’t go away. I’m willing to try the right color; I hope they will exchange it.

I have purchased 2 bottles and both have the white swirl in the bottle. No matter how long I shake it. My foundation bottle lasts along time and I can compare these together and they are not the same. I will return and back to the drawing board to find a makeup comparable. I’ve been using this for 7 years so I’m sad you changed up a good thing.

Are use the older version for five consecutive years and everyone says that my skin is amazing for my age and I think mainly it does have to do with this particular foundation since it does have a great ingredients in it the older version I should say, because I was obsessed with the old version and did not know they were discontinuing it until the new one came out but I did purchase it, and oh god I was so confused, I am so glad someone else posted and commented about the white swirls my foundation has in the bottle that I realized upon opening once I got it home , the white swirls will not go away even after shaking the bottle rigorously the white swirls are still there I think I might have gotten a bottle from a bad batch? Because everyone else I see who has this in pictures and on YouTube there is no prominent white chunks of swirl in the foundation that are visible through the bottle so therefore I haven’t pumped or used it cause I don’t think it looks okay to use so , for the moment, already this is a no until I exchange and get a new one..

As background: I have combination skin with oily T-zone and dry cheeks, nothing out of the ordinary though. I do not have bumps or pimples or wrinkles. Now onto this review, I am done trying to make Sisley foundations work for me. Usually the color selection is horrifying. The color on this one is a good match for me so I was hopeful yet I am highly disappointed in its texture: it is thick and dense; it grabs to every single tiny dry patch I have, even those I did not I had. It pools around my nostrils and creases on my chin. I will return it for sure!!!!! No more Sisley base products for me. Done. I do not recommend.

I wish the old formula was still available. I loved it, it went on smoother and had a little more moisture to make the skin look perfect. The past formula of Phyto-teint Ultra 'éclat had a divine fresh lovely smell that the new formula is lacking. This formula is a little dryer but I still would choose it over the other comparable foundations available, just want Sisley to know the past formula was better!!!

On weather or not to purchase this pricey foundation I’m here to tell you it’s absolutely worth it I’m 32 years old with olive complexion, rosacea and hyperpigmentation has always been a problem for me and typically shows through foundations I would call this light to medium coverage. Since I started using this my skin has improved my hyperpigmentation is almost gone when I’m not wearing makeup and my skin looks flawless less red and irritated. I have dry combination skin and I do notice if I don’t exfoliate and moisturize I experience some clinging around my mouth, but that’s only if I don’t fully take care of my skin, I also recommend a good primer, I’d like to try Sisleys! This product does contain a slight fragrance I do wish it was without but it’s not enough to keep my away it does dissipate as you wear it. This product is honestly one of a kind and I will forever purchase this
