Siren 4 Primaloft^® Waterproof Hiking Boot (Women)

Hi I have been trying to get in touch with someone in customer service. I had surgery on my foot and a cast and I have not worn the hiking boots they are still sitting in the box unworn. I wanted to return them because I can’t apply pressure on my foot. How can I go about returning them? They have Never been worn, they have been in the box since I received them.

My daughter wears Merrell boots and bought me a pair for Christmas. These are the nicest boots I have ever had! I wear a size 8.5 so she bought me a 9 and the fit is perfect. There is no breaking in period; put them on and go. We had a lot of snow so far this year but my feet have stayed warm, dry, and comfortable. If you’re looking for a wonderful boot, buy a pair of these.

When my beloved Kiana's soles came unglued after a decade of use including the coldest and snowiest winters on record, I dug out the specs and went hunting for an equivalent pair. As it has been a very snowy winter I have had time to break them in and am quite happy. They are everything the Kiana's were, plus an easy in/out zipper and considerably lighter while remaining stable and toasty warm. Excellent traction and work well with my snowshoes, too. My only regret is that I didn't size up half a size as they are a smidge more snug than the Kianas were and I would prefer to use chunkier socks, but that isn't a deal breaker.
