Missing piece
One of the shelves on my tension shower caddy was missing the mounting piece. I have contacted SimpleHuman with pictures and my proof of purchase but no reply yet. It’s been 3 days.

Tension Caddy
It is a great piece of equipment for putting all the shower paraphernalia on. It does take up some place in my shower stall. But I can make it work. It looks great.

Flimsy
I’ve had these before the 2. 4 version this time I had to go for the 2. 7 because of higher ceilings. Not impressed to get extra height it’s just another extension, which makes it quite flimsy. For the money I was expecting better. . wouldn’t buy another to replace it. .

Favorite Caddy Ever
This is my second Tension Shower Caddy. I loved the previous one, but I've had it so many years (maybe 10+ years?), I decided to purchase another one and start over brand new. The previous one is still useable, but it was time to treat myself to a new one. It never rusts and I love the design. Everything Simplehuman makes is special.

Excellent Product
I’ve had an 8’ tension shower pole from Simplehuman for many years. I liked it so much that I ordered another when I upgraded to 9’ ceilings.
