Sent wrong item
Nordstrom sent me a completely different shirt: the wrong color, a different style, and price less than I paid. I'm glad I ordered delivery to the store and not to my address. The cashier opened the package for me, so I have a witness. I give them one star for their negligent attitude and poor customer service.
