Silvia Diamond Jacquard Wool Blend Cardigan

The Barbour Silvia wool-blend cardigan is a beautiful, heavier-weight piece that is wonderful for the cooler weather. I knocked off one star because the plastic buttons really do this piece a disservice, as I expected buttons of higher quality for the price. I also hoped to tuck it into the top of my jeans, as pictured on the model, but it’s far too cropped to allow for this. For those sensitive to scent, the wool/bovine smell is quite strong out of the package. I let it air out for 24 hours before wearing it, and I still found it quite overwhelming. I expected this upon purchasing, and this did not influence my rating. Overall, I see this as a piece I’ll wear for years to come, I just wish a little more consideration was taken with the buttons and length.
