Received a used pair

This is by no means the first time I have received a clearly used item from Nordstrom. The pants are not sold as used clothing, and the price is the same as if it were ordered directly from Free People. Really tired of receiving used clothing but paying full price.

Needs a Zero star! Get better FP

This is the 5th piece of FP clothing I’m returning in the last few months. Color is totally different, fit is totally different - I’m 5’6” and this barely touches my ankles! No where close to being called a Chino!

Love these pants!

I love these pants! I really like the 25” inseam. Other reviews have complained about the pants being short, but the inseam is easy to find in the product details. They are just the right length for me and I am living out my dreams of wearing JNCO-like pants again. There is not much stretch at the waist, and there is a concealed button fly.
