Silver Skin Eau de Parfum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one is a total 180 from the typical heavy sweetness you might expect, leaning much more into the crisp, metallic freshness that feels incredibly modern. It opens with a sharp cooling citrus blast. There is an almost sterile quality to it at first but it sets into a musky scent which almost feels like a second skin. It’s the perfect minimalist scent for the office where it feels professional yet sleek, perfect for those sunny days. As it dries down the vetiver and white woods provide a solid earthy foundation that keeps the metallic top notes from feeling too thin. It has a surprisingly long lasting effect for such a fresh profile. It feels like a clean laundry scent that isn’t loud more refined then soapy. This scent best is best described as understated sharp an intentional polished high tech fashion accessory rather then just another cologne for the office.

The sent does linger for a while, in fact I feel like it could still smell it on my sleeve after washing my clothes so that could be good for some…personally this smells a little bit too strong for my liking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was just as bold as the other rabanne sample I received to test but thankfully this one , silver skin , was a bit more apt to what I’m more in line to try. It was still slightly hard to pinpoint exactly what I was smelling. It was strong and lasted for quite a long time. Something suitable for someone younger perhaps?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best of the 5 Rabanne samples in this line that I’ve tested so far. The iris is more of a secondary note and blends well. It lets the pink pepper, amber, ambroxian, and vanilla do their thing. Iris is amplified on my skin so I have to point this out. Smooth blend and good quality materials like the others from this line. Performance is strong and the projection is great. I would wear this for night time or a date. I would recommend to sample this to anyone looking for a nice, well performing, amber/vanilla fragrance.

At first spray, this was WAY too intense for my taste. It has a strong peppery scent that overwhelms and lasts quite a while. Eventually, it transforms into a floral scent that I believe is more feminine than masculine.
