Reef Stroller

We have already purchased our main stroller. We were wanting the Vista even before we became pregnant. However, once the Reef come out, it's like I fell in love. IT IS PERFECT! I feel like a princess pushing this dream of a stroller. It has so many details that are absolutely gorgeous. The "earth" color is the one we went with and the handlebar has a gold type of feel. The feature set on this beats everything else that we have seen, has a SUPER amazing fold, and pushes like butter. Thank you Silver Cross for making the stroller of my dreams!!!

THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY ABOUT SILVER CROSS - Not Nordstrom - they are amazing as always Upon using our stroller we immediately noticed the left wheel would wobble uncontrollably & slow down the stroller. This would happen randomly on the sidewalk or while crossing a paved road. After back and forth with SILVER CROSS customer service, they shipped me new wheels. The wheels were the wrong color for my stroller so I emailed them and waited in case they wanted me to ship them back…. CRICKETS. After a week I decided to put on the new wheels while waiting on a response. The same problem persisted with the new wheels. I emailed them again and didn’t get a response. I put in a new contact ticket with them hoping It will trigger attention, and let them know the about the problem persisting and the wheels they had sent. They replied back ONLY to the part about the wrong wheel color, and told me they were shipping new ones. Completely ignoring the fact that the new wheels didn’t solve our issue. Since then, I have tried to reach out twice to find a resolution. They STILL have not gotten back to me on either ticket! We have a trip coming up next week and I had to go buy an entire new stroller. We went with another popular brand to hopefully avoid another issue in the future. Pros: SUPER sturdy, nice frame, beautiful design, 10/10 quality of material, and great features such as leg cover and sun-sail - I even made a tik-tok boasting about these before we had the baby! Cons: Seat occasionally gets caught only half down during the collapse process, wheels, Has a difficult time in different terrains because of the heavy frame, front wheels (even if locked) do not stay straight once folded - causing It to tip over rather than a self standing fold, CUSTOMER SERVICE needs a lot of work. I truly expected better from this company. I own the Jet, the Slumber, and the Reef. Yet they cannot communicate with a loyal customer to resolve an issue if it’s at any cost to them more than a set of wheels…..
