a little patience goes a long way
I can tell you that if you have patience this product is a life changer. I have seen a huge decrease in hair growth. This product makes it convenient to treat yourself in the privacy of your own home and whole body takes less than 20 min.
Time and consistency are key but you should start noticing a difference after your 4th treatment. I can also tell a difference in my skin, it’s much softer.

I bought this less than a month ago at the Anniversary Sale and used it for the first time 2 weeks ago. I attempted to do a second course over the weekend. The device made it through one leg just barely. For the second leg, I repeatedly tried repositioning the device, changing the lighting, unplugging it (for over an hour), and using a different outlet. The device turns on, but it does not trigger. I attempted to call customer service, which does not register where you are calling from. The representative was ridiculously condescending. As I was explaining the various things I had tried, he got impatient and said that I wasn't letting him speak. I told he wasn't going to speak at all and hung up. He called back from an Ontario number and attempted a jovial manner. (His chuckling was far less precious than he thought.) Too little too late. Back to Nordstrom it goes!

will not turn on after one use
Purchased, followed all instructions. Used once with no problem, but when I went to use it a second time (after storing it in its protective case between sessions) the device won’t turn on. Luckily, Nordstrom is truly lovely about returns, but please, don’t waste your time or money on this product.

difficult on neck and does not always work
I have used this 6 times now and have found that on one area I am trying this on- under the chin where the neck begins is very difficult. It does not always flash and is very hard to get it to work on this area. So it does not seem precise enough for this tricky location. I usually can get it to work after several tries and configuration but Im not actually sure its working like it should.
