French Linen Sheet Set

I have purchased other linen sheets over the years and loved them. These are a great, big NO! So scratchy even after washing that I had to get up in the middle of the night and remake the bed with my old sheets. So unlike the other brands I have tried. The blush color was lovely, but that was about it. I am really surprised at this brand, and that Nordstrom is carrying it. Not at all up to the standards of other luxe brands, such as RH, whose linen sheets are ridiculously expensive, but are so comfortable.

My husband loved the feel of these sheets so much, we were willing to overlook the excessive lint snow that appeared on the rug around our bed. After one year, the fitted sheet was so thin on my husband’s side that he accidentally punched a hole through with his foot. On examination, I found the material so delicate that it disintegrated in my hand. I bought a replacement fitted sheet from another brand, but I figure I’ll have to replace the whole set. It’s a pity, because the sheets are wonderfully soft.
