Quality duvet
This is a quality duvet and the texture is silky and a bit glossy in texture. I have a dog who sleeps at the bottom of my bed on a throw but I decided to return the duvet as she could still snag the fabric. I deducted a star as I wish the texture was specified in the product description.

Frayed up annoying
I’m disappointed with the quality of the duvet cover. I ordered two of them and love the button details and the snap ties. However, the button holes are all frayed on both my covers. This was before washing them. Now when I try to unbutton the cover, the buttons get tangled in the strings from the fraying. It’s more than annoying for the money I spent on my purchases.
