I am size 4. I can vouch for the reviewer that say that his coat runs RIDICULOUSLY large. The sleeves were well past my knuckles, and the coat itself needed to be at least 3 sizes smaller, and would have still been oversized. It's also a very heavy coat, weight wise. I would've been thrilled had it fit like the photo on the model on line.

Favorite Rain Coat for Layering
