A spray, with moisture
It’s okay...but doesn’t do much more than a cheap drug store quality toner. It’s a spray, not a mist—and doesn’t have a nice of quality feel as the packaging reflects. It has a light fruity soapy scent that fades after it settles. The iridescent pearl at the bottom doesn’t lift or mix up when you shake the ball up and it’s just kinda stuck down there. I vigorously shaked it up for over a minute and it was still stuck there. It doesn’t show any shimmer or glow when you spray it (was hoping it would) so I’m not sure of the purpose or why it says “glow”. It’s definitely nothing comparable to Mac if you’re looking for a setting spray with that highlight glow. It gives a little moisture that lasts a while and feels hydrating and a little slippery. It’s okay for a quick toner but nothing special. I would definitely not use this over makeup. I keep it by my bedside but it’s not a go to for the keeps.

acne prone skin? this is not your friend
I haven’t noticed a visible difference as far as “brightening” goes, I have however had a massive acne breakout since applying.
