try it!
I've been using the bare minerals kabuki brush for several years, just washing it frequently. I was going to reorder that when I read several negative reviews and decided to do more research. I found this brush highly rated and decided to try it. It felt like angels from heaven touching my face with feathers. I know it's weird but that is the best way to describe it! My makeup coverage is maybe slightly more even - I just use a mineral powder foundation - but the experience of putting it on daily has changed for the better.

This one’s not for me
I’m transitioning from another brand that recently made their brushes synthetic and decided to give Sigma a try. I currently have the 4DHD Kabuki, the F89 Bake Kabuki, and the F87 Bake Kabuki....all of which I love. This one however, just doesn’t do it for me. I’ve used it with my liquid foundation and feel like it absorbs all of my product and I’m using too much product to get the desired results. It also doesn’t adequately reach all the angles of my face, especially if I’ve done my eyebrows prior. The bristles don’t feel as soft as the other Sigma brushes I own. The metal piece is also shaky and it’s only been about two weeks! This one’s not a keeper.

Pretty good
I am a little new to makeup brushes, so read within that context. I purchased the F80 and F82 brushes after doing a bit of research. I wanted brushes that were a mix of cost effective and effective at the job. I think this is that. I found the two brushes very similar aside from the slightly rounded shape on the F82 verses the flat top of the F80, (perhaps there is a density difference, but I can't remember), so I returned this one and kept the F80. They were about the same size, and the roundness on this one was not very pronounced, so they looked a lot alike. I have been pleased with the F80 so far. Someone with more experience who has used both can likely identify a difference in performance. However, this is what I can comment on. I think I would have been pleased with this brush. It just seemed like a duplicate purchase for my purposes.
The construction doesn't feel particularly luxurious, which is something I enjoy in a product. Specifically, the handle's straight shape and lightweight feel make it feel like more of a functional purchase.

Amazing Brush
I purchased a few brushes by Sigma that were the Kabuki Brushes and I LOVE them all! They make your make up look flawless and the feel of them is so soft and gentle on your face. I never realized how important it is to have the right brushes to apply your makeup and make it look amazing! Makes a world of difference, Highly recommend for any one who is looking for that porcelain smooth skin! Do not hesitate to get the full collection, It is well worth the price!

does the job!
I was looking for a brush to use for my powder foundation, since my beauty blender doesn’t work well. I use laura merciers smooth finish foundation powder and it pairs well!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST for POWDER FOUNDATION!!!
This is the best brush I've ever used to apply powder foundation!!! (I use Make Up For Ever Duo Mat pressed powder foundation.) It out-performs even the higher-priced brushes I have tried. It is large enough that application time is short, but it is small enough to use on my chin, above my upper lip, and on my nose. It's the Goldilocks brush - Just the right size! The powder buffs smoothly onto my skin and never looks cake-y. I'm buying a second one so I always have one of these clean to apply my powder foundation!
