Poor Customer Service
My home burned down the the Pacific Palisades fire, and Nordstrom knew this. I was trying to rebuild my wardrobe, and purchased this suit. About month later, the price dropped. I brought it back to the store for an adjustment, but they refused to adjust because I was a few days late for their “policy”. They suggested I return it and purchase it again online, which I did. A few days later my order was cancelled. I am an Ambassador level customer with Nordstrom, I have no home, and I have no suit. Thank you Nordstrom!
