Not As Described
3 stars because the blouse does not have a twist hem as in the description. I received it nicely shipped on a hanger and buttoned all the waydown. Looked like any ordinary shirt. (no twist hem) I did size down as suggested (x-small) The fit is ok, fits a little oversized at the top but narrower at the bottom. Hit about at my upper hip. I am 5ft.3m about 134 lbs. The only way to achieve the tie front is to unbutton and fold the shirt under at the bottom so its more of a cropped look. Stil, l I have decided to keep it since I really love the print and the material and figure I have the option of wearing it two different ways.
