Awesome!
I bought after reading somewhere that a lot of pro surfers use it, even the guys, most likely the transluscent color. I live in CA and am very serious about protecting my skin to prevent skin cancer and premature aging. There are too many older women, where I live, who like leather handbags!
This stuff stays on all day; in the water, while sweating, etc. It does not run or come off and works really well with an additional sunscreen underneath, either in your moisturizer or another lotion. An added bonus is that it is not a liquid so it is ideal for travel.
I have very oily skin and it did not make me look greasy as some sunblocks can, so if I go somewhere after the beach, I don't look like a mess. All in all a great product!

Please go back to or Re release the NON chemical non chemical stick. This is nothing special and doesn’t go on smoothly

Awesome Product--needs more shades
My mother has been using this as a foundation + sunscreen for over 15 years! she has used the old formula (SPF 35) and the reformulated one (SPF 37). The shades remained similar however, the offered shades are very limited! My mother is an NC35 and the shade ochre is very greyish and beige! not enough yellow undertone in it.
For reference, she has dry skin and has sun spots to cover. This works great as a spot concealer as well.
It is a great, easy to grab on-the-go product, packaging is slim and practical, but with daily use, she uses one every 35 days!
Shiseido, please create more shade ranges!!

Best tinted block
I love this product. I have skin that is prone to acne, and it never has caused a breakout. I use it as a foundation, as it goes on smoothly and blends well with a powder or whatever other makeup I chose to wear. I like that it provides my skin with great protection. I run and do yoga. It does not get in my eyes and it doesn't seem to "drip" off if I swim in the ocean or pool. I think it's worth the price since it works well as a skin protector and makeup base.

I bought this on the recommendation of Marla Robinson, make-up Guru and beautiful woman extraordinaire after viewing one of her awesome YouTube videos.
I absolutely am obsessed with this product! It is phenomenol. It goes on so smoothe, refined, silky, stays put, gives my 53 year old skin a very healthy and dewy look! I have good skin anyway and do not need a lot of coverage! If you need heavy coverage this is not for you. If you already have healthy skin this is the best product ever! I used Clinique for 25 years but will be using this product from now on. I just Cannot say enough good things about it!!

Excellent Product
I've been using this product for years and have never tried anything that comes close to matching its performance or quality. It provides coverage and protection while leaving my skin with a dewy, luminous, translucent appearance. For me, it also eliminates the need for concealer and blush because the Stick Foundation's finish is perfect as is. Try this product and I think you'll be as happy with it as I am.

in love, so convenient
Have had breakouts on my 29yr old cheeks this summer, and needed a sunscreen that was quick to apply, waterproof, and had some color coverage for blemishes for water this summer. This stuff was amazing- still stayed about 90% on after a full day's worth of surfing, went on so smoothly. Being a stick, it is quick to apply, no applicators to dig for, doesn't take space in my liquids bag when I travel, and I can throw around in my purse and the blue ensures it's easy to find. The ochre happens to be perfect color for my current semi-tanned olive/yellow skin, but I imagine that a few more color options would be helpful in the winter when my skin changes tones.
