The Best, Bar None
This is the only eye makeup remover I can use, and it is marvelous. I've tried many brands - expensive, inexpensive, oily, non-oily, special formulation for sensitive eyes, etc. but all of them eventually caused irritation. The Shiseido Instant Eye and Lip Makeup Remover is a miracle - gentle, effective, and moisturizing without irritating my eyes and without leaving a film that interferes with my contact lenses. Can't live without this one!

Glad it works for others
This didn't work for me. This product burns my eyes and the skin around my eyes. After using this, the skin around my eyes is very irritated and feels burned (like a sunburn). I've tried it twice and it happened both times so I won't be using it again. I rinsed it off after applying and feels like there's a soapy residue left behind. It also takes way too much work to get my non-waterproof mascara off.
I am glad it works for other people. It just didn't work for me.

By far the best!
I have no idea how I've gone so long without this product in my life. It gets off the hardest of hard mascaras without causing redness or irritation. I even got it in my eye and had zero reaction not even a slight tingling or anything like that. I love how it takes off red lipsticks without leaving the red halo around the lips.

A Favorite Product
Works on waterproof mascara (even when you've done it with a heavy hand) and deep/pigmented red lipstick with ease; removes every trace gently. I have sensitive skin, and this remover is perfect. No oily residue at all, and a little goes a long way. Best makup remover I've ever used.

Very Effective
This is hands down the best eye makeup remover I've used. It doesn't leave an oily residue and it easily removes even waterproof mascara.
