What it is: A cleansing foam that removes makeup and impurities while simultaneously moisturizing and improving the skin.

What it does: Prevents oxidation and optimizes your skin's power to defend against daily damage while preparing your skin to absorb softener. Skin will become visibly soft, smooth and supple.
How to use: Push the pump two to three times to dispense foam into the palm of hand and gently smooth over the skin to cleanse. Rinse thoroughly. For hard-to-remove makeup, use on dry face using dry hands. For waterproof mascara, an eye makeup remover is recommended.

One of my staple.
I'm on my 4th bottle, it's gentle but does it's job of cleansing my face, very economical too, one bottle would last me 2-3 months. Love this!

Oily After-Feel
I have been a loyal Shiseido customer since the line was re-introduced to the US in the 80s. I started out using the blue line and then progressed to Benefiance. When Shiseido discontinued the Softening Lotion, I was not happy but I stuck with them. I have tried several products from their other lines but never saw the same results as with Benefiance. Now they have discontinued the Benefiance cleanising foam that was really what kept me loyal to the line.This Complete Cleansing Microfoam left my face feeling oily after i was done rinsing it off. I hate it. I know they are trying to force their mature customers to buy the significantly more expensive Revitalizing cleanser but I've tried it and found it to be too creamy. After all this time-maybe it's time to find another brand.

This cleansing foam/make-up remover is an oil-free cleanser that contains rice germ to leave the skin feeling hydrated with improved clarity. We do not make a "revitalizing cleanser" for mature skin, but the Clarifying Cleansing Foam is the most similar in texture, lather and finish to the former Benefiance Extra Creamy Cleansing Foam and hope you will give it a try. -Alison, Skincare Expert

Much better than the cleanser
Compared to the clarifying cleansing foam or the oil cleanser, this micro foam is much better. It lathers really well and feels like it does get rid of the dirt on my face. I love the texture and it didn't leave my skin feeling dry.

Creamy, non-drying cleanser
This foaming product cleans and removes makeup, without drying out my combination skin. The bottle recommends 2-3 pumps, but 1 pump is more than adequate for me. I massage the foam gently onto the face to spread out evenly, then add a sparse amount of water which makes it turn creamy. It rinses off nicely. I highly recommend it. Give it a try at cosmetic counter!
