Watch resizing mishap
This is a gorgeous watch. My only complaint has nothing to do with the brand. When my husband returned to get it resized, the Nordstrom clerk had no idea how to do it. He came home with a band that wasn’t attached to the watch face. Not the type of customer service I’d expect after spending $1000 on a watch. Someone should be trained in watch bands (especially if it’s a band you sell).
