Samovar Tea Shibumi Matcha — a mid-level, organic Japanese green tea powder with a smooth, slightly sweet profile. Notes of steamed rice, sweet potato and green hay. Shade-grown (only 10% sunlight), hand-scissored, deveined and granite-milled for an ultra-fine vivid green powder.
- Medium-high caffeine. Ingredients: organic stone-milled, shade-grown Japanese green tea powder. Origin: Japan. How to brew: sift 1 tsp into a matcha bowl, add 6 oz hot water and whisk until small, tight bubbles form.
