Sheralle Tiered Ruffle Minidress

This dress is very cute on. It has a fit and flare feel to it. The material is lightweight and feels nice but the ruffled skirt adds a little weight. I'm short so it comes to my mid-thigh. The straps are a bit too long on me so I'll have to have them adjusted. They also have stretch added to them in the form of a bungee type section at the top of the shoulder which I didn't think was necessary.
