Gorgeous Dress!
This off-white dress is an amazing confection that would be the perfect thing to wear to a party, or when attending a wedding. The “shells” are delicate and three-dimensional, and tiny beads are scattered among the shells. Fabulous!!! I added a black velvet belt to accentuate the waist.
