Awsome shaver. Best shaver I have ever used.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used earlier Philips shavers and Braun shavers. This new 8000 series is at a new level. I use a light layer of shaving cream to reduce friction for sliding the head over my skin and the results are nothing short of fantastic. I was never able to get my chin totally smooth. This shaver gets it super smooth. As an engineer I am very impressed.

There is nothing good about this product

The product is adequate and cleaning tub is stupid
Shaver is generally fine. The flip up head is nice but not if it’s going to cost a ton to replace blades.
The infinitely irritating thing is the base for cleaning. The top does screw in enough to stay out and just moving it sloshes around enough to make a mess.But worse is if you go to move it the bottom just drops off and the cleaning fluid is on the floor.
