Busting out of the bust

I want to love this dress so much. The pattern is beautiful. The style is so cute. But the sizing is just off. I wish I read the review left before mine saying the same thing. I need to size up and then have it altered just so I can fit into the bust.

Pretty dress- ran small in bust/rib cage area

Great dress, the bust area runs small. I normally wear a size small in all dresses and I have a small bust and this dress was extremely tight just below the bust area. Ordering a medium.
