Too large hood is the dealbreaker
Well-made coat and plenty warm. The best parts of this coat are the pockets and the dual-ended zipper. Worst part (and why I'm returning) is the large, unusable hood. A good winter coat should have a functioning hood—this one is so big that it blocks all peripheral vision. Another negative is how big the arms are, which makes the coat look too puffy. This is odd considering the body of the coat isn't overly puffy.
