Belt is sewn on
This is an adorable, soft, cozy, and beautifully made sweater that is absolutely ruined by the fact that the “detachable“ belt is stitched on in the center back. I am a knitter, so I looked into removing the belt. Unfortunately, it is sewn on with tiny, tenacious, fine-thread, stitches. I guess the good news is you will never lose this belt. If the belt were truly detachable, as stated in the description, I would give this five stars and wear it every day. Why, Splendid, why?
