Runs way too small

I wear a size 8 but ordered a size 10 just in case and they didn’t even go past my thighs. I even ordered a size 8 of another pair of jeans with this shipment and they fit perfectly a little too big at that. they’re gorgeous pants, but I’m afraid to exchange them and they just run small
