Better for women with curvy hips.
It is a beautiful well made dress. The dress would have looked great on me, but I do not have curvy hips. Therefore the dress was baggy on the sides. This is why I returned it.
I am 5' 1" tall and weigh 140 lbs. I ordered a size 14P.
