Sequin Lace Long Sleeve Crepe Gown

I saw the dress in June and loved it. Since the Anniversary Sale was beginning soon, I took a chance that it would be included in the sale. My mistake! Not only was formalwear not included in the sale, the dress was out of stock. I ordered two other dresses, but kept checking this one hoping it would be restocked. On July 31 I saw my size was in stock, so I quickly ordered it. When I opened the box, I first noticed there were a lot of loose threads in the embroidery on the bodice. While trying the dress on, it did not lay smoothly across my bottom. Upon looking at the lining, I noticed there was fraying of the stitching. I live 190 miles from the closest Nordstrom, and a quick shopping trip is not an option. I am limited to trusting that only new items are sold and shipped at full price. The condition of the dress leads me to believe it was worn, laundered, and returned. If I had been at the store, I would not have paid full price for any dress in this condition. The stars I gave the dress are because customer service did offer to reimburse me for having the dress repaired. I will keep looking for a dress, and return this dress if I find one before the deadline for taking this “used” one to the tailor.

not sized properly, true color not portrayed accurately online, looked like a cheap copy of an expensive dress, came in a plastic bag very wrinkled.

Followed the instructions to “size down” because it “runs large”. It doesn’t. In fact, not only was that size so tight that I couldn’t zip it up, even my regular size was extremely tight.

Very Lovely dress. It is not heavy and comfortable. Wish it came in different colors.

This is such a stunning gown! As expected, the quality is phenomenal. I'm an image consultant and sourced this dress for a client who is 82yrs old and stands tall at 6ft. She is a size 12/14T and the 12 was perfect for her. Despite her stature, we did still require a 1" hem. There is a slight train that might need to be shortened or bustled for anyone with mobility issues.

Love it. The fit was great except for the length, but after the hemming alterations it was perfect.w
