Dress was not new, it had been worn and altered.
This dress was received with safety pins on the back, a hole at bottom of the zipper, dirty around the bottom of the dress and dirty around the armholes and the smell of deodorant and perspiration.
I have never experienced receiving such a blatant used item from Nordstrom before!
