Self Tan Express Dark Whipped Mousse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved trying out this product. I do use fake tan quite a lot but i must say that the colour was brilliant. The product is an express tan and develops over 3 hours however i did leave it on overnight and i had so many compliments the following days after asking if i had been away. That is exactly what you want from a fake tan product. The mousse as great and it applied really well, did not really leave any sticky residue and didn't smell as strong as some other products I've tried. I will 100% be buying this again in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this tan after 3 hours (as advised) and after 4-5 hours on one occasion due to a busier day. Initially I was impressed with the smell of this as it has a light sweet scent. However, once dried down this strengthened and became the usual biscuit like fake tan smell. I found that even after rinsing off (regardless of how long I had this on for) the tan still smelt quite strong, which actually kept me up at night on the first night of using as the smell was so strong. I've not worn a tan that smells after it has been rinsed before so this did put me off. This tan did not streak on application and had a lovely smooth finish, but did become patchy after a couple of days. I also had to shake the bottle on every single application during one tan session, otherwise it did spray across the room. For me the deep shade was perfect for a couple of days but then started to go orange. Not one I would personally buy in future but may be okay if you need a fast result.
