Seleste Floral Strapless Maxi Dress

I absolutely love love love this dress on me but unfortunately the clap on the top of the zipper is already falling off and the stitching throughout the dress is messy with several strands of loose thread everywhere that gets caught in the zipper. Also, I did not realize this dress has boning on the chest. It is poorly placed in the dress and very uncomfortable. I am 5’5 and even with a tall heel on, the dress was dragging on the floor. I did not expect it to be that long. Unfortunately, I will be returning it even though it really is beautiful on, just not made well.

I bought 2 sizes in this dress to see which one had a better fit. Sadly, neither worked because of the odd ‘cage-like’ built-in bra, which curves in to stick you in the ribcage. I’m not sure who could wear this dress for more than a few minutes due to the pain inflicted by the bra’s design. Also, the dress is very heavy, and the side slit on the one side only makes the dress look uneven. If they had removed the odd bra and put a slit on both sides, this would have been a lovely, though heavy, dress.
