Poor communication from Nordstrom
I ordered this item for pickup from my local store and never received a notification email or text it was available for pickup. The next thing I know I receive a message that the item was returned and I will be refunded. Never even received a courtesy message from the store saying my purchase was ready. I was told by Customer Service that I had to reorder the item and of course it won’t arrive by Christmas:-(
