Small Joan Leather Shoulder Bag

The photos on the website show gold detail on the side and and a double leather loop at the bottom of the small handle. My bag is missing the gold detail, has a single loop, and had a very odd top zipper that sticks up. Going back. Maybe I got a defective one.

I have been looking at this bag for awhile and finally decided to purchase it. I love Chloe bags and I was excited to add this to my handbag collection. But all I can say about it is it’s ABSOLUTELY not worth the price. This is a cheaply made bag! The leather is low quality, something you’d expect from a $99 bag that claims to be genuine leather. The brass clasp on the front of the bag is very difficult to open, making the front pocket completely unusable for a phone, keys or a lipstick. The inside of the bag has only one pocket and it doesn’t have a zipper. And finally, the shape of the bag makes the bottom stick out from your body creating a very unflattering silhouette! Nice to look at in a photo, but function is completely lacking in this bag.

I bought this bag and took it with me when we travelled to Spain, I wanted a crossbody to keep my valuables close to me and avoid pickpockets. What I like about this bag is it’s roomy, I was able to fit a lot in the purse including a small water bottle and small umbrella. I didn’t like the zipper though cause it’s hard to zip, you have to hold the tail-end of the zipper to zip it up. Also the suede part of the bag gets discolored due to the hardware on top of it, it’s also a bit heavy on its own, plus you put your stuff in it, it gets even heavier. Overall though, it was still worth keeping since I like the size and the color.

I don’t like the fact that the long handle does not come off . Would have been nice to also have the option to use as just a small Handle bag but the long handle is always dangling along ! Otherwise I really love the bag and I’m most probably going to keep it

I got the powder color, and I love it! Well structured. The long handle on mine DOES come off if/when desired :)

Everything I expected. Beautiful leather. Lots of pockets. Top zipper, which I want for security. Rich navy. Perfect.
