Beautiful loafer, but runs wide
Love the look of this loafer (the "garnet" is lovely), and the leather and construction are high quality. I ordered my usual size (8), based on the "true to size" notation in the description. Sadly, I found the shoes to be quite wide. I normally take a medium, but my foot is on the slender side. I had a lot of space on the sides with these, and my heels were slipping out of the rounded (wider) back/heel area. Decided to return as I didn't think ordering the next size down would solve the problem—likely would have been too short length-wise. Perhaps perfect for those with slightly wider feet!
