Magenta, not hot pink.
Just a FYI that the "pink" is very dark and purpley IRL. I thought "burgundy" in my head when I opened the package, but it is probably not quite that bad. I was expecting hot pink, like a Barbie pink. I have not tried it on yet. Seems heavy so I will not wear until fall or next spring.
