Sea Dive Lace-Up One-Piece Swimsuit

The problem is not with the brand. It is with Nordstrom size chart. I have ordered this swimsuit for the 3rd time from Nordstrom. I ordered according to website size chart. Size 12 US / 16 AU. Both times I received swimsuit size 8 US / 12 AU. I finally called customer service. They could not guarantee I would get right size 3rd time ordering the same way. I decided to order largest size available on website and hope I receive 12 US. Seafolly makes fabulous swimwear. Material is high quality, compressive and does not fade. Come on Nordstrom. Get your Australian sizing right!

I wanted a basic black one piece with a slightly cheeky fit for a float trip we are doing next week. This suit arrived today and it fits the bill…with a super fun lace up back! Per their size chart, I’d be an 8 (which is my usual size). I usually size up in swimwear to a 10 and own other Seafolly suits, so I ordered a 12 as they tend to run small and it fits perfectly! I’m a bit over 5’9”, 36 DD with an athletic to curvy build.

I absolutely love this swimsuit. I was looking for something high neck, flattering to the leg but not too high cut, full coverage in the rear but not too boring. This fit the bill in spades. The lace up back gives it a lot of visual interest as does the weaved pattern fabric. Plenty of stretch and the back laces give a lot of latitude on how snug you want it to be. It does have removable cups for coverage but they don't add volume. I've read that this brand runs really small but I ordered my usual size and it fit perfectly, likely due to the style with the adjustable laces. Highly recommend as this is absolutely NOT your average black swimsuit.
