Pretty Eyes
I love the long lasting color and texture of these shadows. They are perfect for me. I am light skinned and just want a little color. You can blend them as well to create more. Don’t be afraid of the green . It works .

Just Horrible
I am sick to my stomach for what I paid for the warm eyeshadow palette, thinking I would actually buy the cool palette also. Thank God I didn’t. I’m very familiar with Chantecaille, and spend a fortune with the company for skincare items, but I just never learn with the eyeshadows. I’m so surprised when I see good reviews. These are so dry, dusty, don’t blend at all and lacking in any pigment to the point where it doesn’t matter what primer or professional brushes I use, these colors just doesn’t show up. If these colors are supposed to mimic the sea turtle’s environment, then our oceans are in way more trouble than I ever thought. I’ve indulged in some other high-end brands during this 15 point promotion, and this isn’t the only prestige brand that surprisingly disappointed me. Next time I’ll donate the entire purchase price directly to the turtle charity instead of feeling totally ripped off.

Wanted to love but little color
I went to try the cool shadows and could not get the purple to show up on my medium golden/olive skin. I know these are subtle colors, but it should at least show up. The warm palette did better but just didn't wow me. I couldn't justify the price for having to rub hard on the shadow. I wish I would have taken a photo of the non-existent purple. The counter person didn't have any input either and just said they were selling out. Hopefully they bring back shadows like roan.

my first trio ever
I ordered the Warm trio. Very subtle yet good colors for me. Long lasting on my eyelids without any irritation. However, no matter how much olive green I use, it does not line my eyes like the advertisement shows on the website.

Disappointing
I'd been looking forward to using this eye trio because usually I really like Chantecaille products and they are premium, therefore worth spending a bit extra money on. Unfortunately when the palette arrived the shades aren't as nice as real life as they are on the computer, and the packaging is a bit plastic and tacky, not luxe as you would expect from the price. Some will like the shades but unfortunately I didn't.

Luxury eye shadow
Chantecaille eye shadows are very elegant and gorgeous. It is easy to use, colors are soft and blendable. Perfect for everyday use. These warm colours can be used during the day and then make a subtle smoky eye for the evening. I will repurchase for sure!
