I am very disappointed with my entire Saxx experience. The first pair I purchased (First Pair Guarantee) was not comfortable. I have had three separate conversations and submitted two FPG forms and still no response back. I have now managed to waste another hour of my personal time. Everyone on the CS team is polite but no one is getting anything done and keep asking me for my order number. I am wondering if this whole guarantee is just a hoax.
