Poor product/shipping quality control
These trunks arrived in what appeared to be a proper package but inside was a torn SAXX package with one of the trunks outside the original packaging and with a hole in the fabric. Poor quality assurance and quality control. Poor resolution of the issue by Nordstrom, which now has me either mailing this of physically returning it to a store.
