Cute but constricting
This is a super cute dress. I love that it is all cotton and cleverly done for nursing. However it is way too formfitting. It took a real effort to get on, even post partum. If I were still pregnant I would have overheated halfway through trying to put it on and gotten stuck for sure! And would have felt claustrophobic with how constricting it is. Because it is so formfitting it would only look good when you have the cute baby bump. It is not forgiving at all of the post baby pooch. I thought it would be a cute and comfortable dress with a more relaxed fit. Instead it is just cute.

At this price BUY THE DRESS!
Such a great find! Casual enough to pair with athletic shoes or Birkenstock’s or dress it up a bit with a pair of wedges. Not a fan of the heels the model is wearing so don’t let that pairing deter you from missing out on a cool piece in your maternity wardrobe. Love the unique teal color and can’t go wrong with black. Material is heavy enough to keep you warm and it even has thumb holes which is a plus. Thinking it probably won’t be as cute on me post baby bump but I like the option to wear it later on as a nursing dress. And really at 50% off how do you beat the price? Savi mom reposted a photo of me wearing this dress in an XS on their Instagram if you want to check it out.

Too tight for me post-pregnancy
I am nearing the end of my first trimester and not showing yet, and I was hoping this would be a dress I could size up to get a comfy fit and wear throughout all stages of pregnancy and beyond. I got a medium and a large, and proportionally the medium was the right size. The bottom of the large flared out at the edges and was a little baggy looking here and there. However, I found both so tight that it was a hassle to get them on and off, and so form-fitting that the only time I would feel comfortable wearing them is while evidently pregnant. I've never been flat-stomached enough to want to wear something this figure hugging, even before I started having children. It also has ruching all along the sides of the abdomen, which I would feel is too obviously maternity if I wore it after pregnancy. This also means that the nursing panel under the buttons is just a hassle, as it required adjustment. I do think it would make a very cute maternity dress, but that use is too limited to interest me.
